Jennifer L. Lord is a civil rights attorney and Partner with Pitt McGehee Palmers & Rivers. She devotes her career to vindicating the rights of employees. Her practice specializes in race, sex, gender, disability, age, whistleblower, breach of contract, class actions and Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) claims. As lead counsel on a class-action lawsuit involving more than 40,000 Michigan unemployment claimants, Lord has been on the front lines of expressing caution about using artificial intelligence in public agencies and law enforcement.
